A: No, I do not take therapy clients. I provide coaching services for individuals (1:1 format) and couples (2:1 format) where we address a variety of topics including: how to proceed with developing a more secure attachment within relationships, addressing shame that accompanies trauma, providing actionable tools for addressing emotional “triggers”, and steps in increasing self-compassion, just to name a few. A: If you’re looking for expert guidance on how to improve the quality of your relationships, including the relationship you have with yourself, you’re in the right place! While I don’t offer guidance or advice via email, phone conversation, DMs, or through social media comments due to professional boundaries, I am happy to meet with you for individualized or couples coaching sessions. Q: Do you take insurance or offer a super bill?

A: No, I do not take insurance, am out of network, cannot provide a Super Bill, and cannot offer you a letter for an HSA, LSA, or other savings plan.
